The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also good, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location was convenient as it was only a 15-minute walk from popular tourist spots like the West Lake and Starbucks.
I was also frustrated by the hotel's distance from most of the popular tourist areas. It made it difficult to explore the city without taking taxis or enjoying long walks.

The 24-hour room service was a great perk, ensuring that we had everything we needed at any time. We also appreciated the laundry service, which made our stay even more comfortable. There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the eating options near the hotel were limited, and despite signs advertising a restaurant inside, I couldn't locate it.

We stayed here for a month and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The location was perfect, just a short 15-minute walk from the beautiful West Lake and a Starbucks. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and free internet. The hotel provided good Wi-Fi, and the room was clean. The Lotus Cafe next door offered great espresso, although it was a bit pricey. it was a great experience.
The eating options near the hotel were very limited.
